iOS & Android version / Hardware

In order to work efficiently, the Jane app needs as all other professional apps some minimum requirements, often but not always linked to the iOS or Android version supported by the hardware.

• For Apple, the Jane app is supported on devices running iOS 13 or higher.  It might also be installable on older devices like the iPhone 5s but we cannot guarantee the correct working of all features

• For Android, the Jane app is supported on devices running Android 8 and above. It is technically installable on devices running Android 5 and up, but with the same consequences as above.
