Testing my paired motion sensor.

Once the motion sensor is paired and positioned, you need to test it.

1. Place your hand on top of the sensor and wait for 10 to 15 seconds.
2. Step back and wave to the sensor eye.
3. The sensor will blink green and the app will tell you the test succeeded.

Frequently Asked Questions

The test is not working.
Sometimes it takes a bit longer for the sensor to configure itself. You might do good waiting a bit longer with your hand on top of the sensor before stepping back. Also make sure you are within the range of the hub. If the sensor is out of range it will blink red.
