Jane requires you to set a strong password to log into your account. The motion data from your senior’s home is sensitive data, so protect it wisely!
We require you to use at least 8 characters, 1 special character (like * / ‘ $) and 1 capital letter. A longer password with random special characters will be safer.
Jane also uses magic links for you to log in. This means that you don’t need to remember your password and can ask Jane to send an email to your inbox with a magic link. Clicking this link will automatically log you in.
