Within (at most) 5 minutes you will receive a verification email. Click the button in the email to validate your email address.
If you have trouble receiving the email, try checking your spam, whether or not the provided email is correct or use a different email address.

When I click on the ‘Open Mail App’ button, nothing happens.
It might be that your email client is not detected by our app. If the open mail button does not work, try closing the Jane app and open it again.
Can I verify my email on another device?
No, you can only verify your email on the device that you are using to install the application. When you click on ‘Activate account’ in your email, you will automatically be redirected to the Jane app.

Alternatively you can try entering the URL behind the Activate account button in Safari or Chrome on your mobile device.
I have entered the wrong email address.
You can use the upper left corner to go back to the previous screen to adjust your email address. At that point a new verification email will be sent.
My verification link is invalid.
The verification email remains valid for 24 hours. Afterwards you will have to request a new verification email.
