Fill in the required information of the main carer responsible for the care of the senior. This person can manage the care circle and will usually do the installation.

We are asking the following information:

• First & last name
  To address you in the apps and notifications. To identify you within the care circle.
  
  
• Email address
  This is used to communicate to you about service updates, new services and to help you manage your subscription and account.
  
  
• Mobile phone
  Used to send you SMS notifications or call you about an event that happened at the home of your senior.
  

Once confirmed, an SMS will be sent to the given telephone number with a verification code. This code will need to be entered in the app to continue. Once it is entered, the app will continue to the next step.

If you experience difficulties with undelivered text messages, try using a different phone number from a friend to continue and change it back to your phone number after. When this happens, please contact [e-mail] to let us know.
