Jane partly supports multiple people living at the installation address. The seniors will be able to use the emergency buttons to call for assistance. The smart alerts will also function but the effectiveness will go down. This means you will get less alerts about a too low activity level and more alerts than usual about too much activity.

The smart alerts are built as a backup to the emergency buttons. If the senior cannot press the button when needed, the smart alerts will detect an abnormality in behavior and notify the care circle. When you have multiple people living in the senior’s home, this is partly caught by those people. If something were to happen, the problem is likely to be detected by a combination of other people being present, like a partner, and our smart alerts for when we don’t expect that partner to be present.
