My senior has a pet (cat, dog, ...).

Jane supports small and large pets, but you have to pay attention to a few rules of thumb while installing your kit.

• Hang the sensors on the walls instead of placing them with the stands.
• Position them at a height above 1.5 meter. Preferably 2 meter or higher.
• Placing a sensor above the door works very well with pets.
• Think about the movement of your pets. Try to avoid placing sensors where your pet would move in front of it. Like on a cupboard or table.

These rules will help Jane avoid the detection of your pet. The larger your animal, the larger the chance of detection. The result of pet detection means that our smart algorithm will be slightly less likely to detect problems or more likely to give you false negatives (where we detect a problem and you will become aware that it wasn’t an actual problem.)
