Internet connection at senior's home.

Jane requires an active internet connection.
An internet subscription comes by default with digital tv (Telenet, Voo, KPN, Proximus, …).

If you have an internet connection at home you need to plug in the hub using the ethernet cable delivered in the kit. Plug it into your router or internet router in a free ethernet port.

If you don’t have internet we recommend a few options:

Tadaam (Recommended by Jane - Belgium Only)

Telenet Tadaam is an internet service that uses 4G to supply you with access. It is bundled with digital tv in a package costing ~40 EUR/ month. The lowest tier of their offering is sufficient for Jane to work. Installation is quick and easy. No prior connections with phone lines or coax are required either.

Internet Provider

Contact a local internet service provider and get a broadband internet connection. We don’t have any minimum requirements. This is a nice opportunity to combine our offering with internet and digital television.

Alternatively you can always look to buy a 3G/4G/5G modem and use a data sim to provide you with internet.
