Can I change the delivery address after purchase ?

If you ordered via the Jane website, unfortunately, a change of address will not be possible after the purchase.  Our automated flow is programmed to deliver you the best service by making sure you get your Jane solution as soon as possible. A manual intervention could only make things go wrong, but if you have an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will find a solution together.

If the Jane solution has been purchased via another online channel or store, please check out the website and conditions of the vendor, to see what options you might have.
